Remembering Noel Waite AO

Founder of Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (Australia)
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Noel Waite AO, who founded Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (Australia) in 1985. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Noel’s family and loved ones during this time of mourning.

Please note that Noel’s memorial service will be held at St John’s Toorak on Tuesday 5 August at 11am. The service will be live streamed and will be on Nelson Bros tribute page under Dr Noel Waite AO. WCEI members and friends are welcome to attend.There is no doubt that Noel touched many of us, whether you had the privilege of meeting her, working alongside her, or simply feeling the impact of WCEI today. She sparked something truly special that continues to connect us all.

In honouring and paying tribute to Noel, Lorraine Martin AO, Past WCEI National President, founder of the WCEI Queensland Chapter, and former Queensland President, would like to share a few words and express her reflections.

the history of presidents

Yvonne Edmond Foinant, is the founder in 1945 of the Association of Women entrepreneurs FCE «Les Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises», was born in France in 1890 in a engineer family. She has been forced to manage her self, in a society where women could not access to work and entrepreneurship easily.

But with the First World War, the woman had been forced to hold leading positions after this massacre.
