Tytania Rose is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (FNTP/MFHT) and private chef with 14+ years’ experience serving high-profile clients, including a Premier League player (Tottenham) and royal families in Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi. She trained at Leith’s Culinary School (London) and the Natural Gourmet Institute (NYC), and holds an MSc in Food Politics (Birkbeck) and an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She is also a doctoral candidate (N.D., School of Health, UK) and brings a multidisciplinary perspective from a BFA in Illustration (Parsons) and an MA in Sustainable Textiles (Chelsea).
During COVID-19, Tytania pivoted to therapeutic meal delivery for medically vulnerable clients — including those managing fertility challenges, cancer, and hormonal conditions — identifying a critical gap in clinically-informed food delivery. She began developing high-protein, flavour-forward toppings and snacks tailored to clients with plant-based, nut-free, and highly restrictive diets: functional foods designed to add crunch, flavour, and targeted micronutrients without compromise.
Those innovations gave rise to two ventures. VitalitySeed Crunchies is an organic, activated, nut-free seed granola topper brand — conceived as a snack and salad topper — built around a proprietary germination and dehydration process to maximise nutrient bioavailability. Epicura.life is a clinical meal kit delivery service combining evidence-based nutrition with chef-quality cooking, with an initial focus on elective surgery prep & recovery for women — addressing the often-overlooked nutritional demands of the perioperative window through therapeutic restorative food and nutrition.
Together, the two brands reflect Tytania’s belief that culinary expertise, clinical nutrition, and sustainable food-system thinking are not in tension — they are the foundation of food that genuinely heals.
