Tracey Seipel is the proud recipient of a 2026 IWEC Universal Award.

Tracey is a naturopath, medical herbalist, clinical nutritionist and diabetes educator with more than 35 years of clinical, research and education experience. She holds qualifications including BNat, BSc (PL, BC), Diploma of Herbal Medicine, Graduate Diploma in Diabetes Education, and is a Member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia and Fellow of the Australian Natural Practitioners Association.

Tracey has worked extensively in product research, development and formulation, consulting with leading Australasian pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies including Heron Pharmaceuticals, Lipa Pharmaceuticals, MediHerb, Eagle Pharmaceuticals and Bioconcepts. Her formulations are sold globally as most of Tracey’s business is in export.

She played a key role in establishing the university-level naturopathy program at the Australian College of Natural Medicine, now Endeavour College of Natural Health, and lectured there for almost 20 years. She also authored a nutrition program incorporated into an Australian Medical School MBBS curriculum, later delivered at Masters level.

Internationally recognised for her work in healthy ageing and bladder health innovation, Tracey has received multiple global industry awards and contributed a chapter on lower urinary tract symptoms to the fifth edition of Pizzorno and Murray’s Textbook of Natural Medicine.

As Founder, President and CEO of Seipel Group Pty Ltd, she continues to lead innovation in natural health, guided by a commitment to evidence-based, holistic care.
