Deborah splits her time between the UK and Italy and is the founder of culture and engagement consultancy, Minerva Engagement. An expert in Brain Friendly Change, Deborah specialises in delivering science-led, learning experiences for greater adaptability, connection, and resilience within rapidly changing environments.  Trained in the foundations of Neuroleadership, Deborah is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) and a Certified Master Neuroplastician, accredited by the Institute of Organisational Neuroscience. Her human-centric approach to change and transformation integrates existing excellence in business change with the best from the behavioural and social sciences, impacting mindset, energy and behaviour for sustainable high performance and wellbeing.   

Deborah has over 30 years’ experience in shaping and delivering complex engagement programmes working across organisations to agree, develop and implement strategies that impact behaviour, build trust and deliver high performance. ​In addition, Deborah has an extensive coaching and training practice, supporting individuals and teams to stay well and perform well through change. She is a formal mentor for the IOIC institute and also the UK Help to Grow Progamme, supporting small business owners. Deborah works with clients within both the public and private sector and on an international platform Deborah is a highly respected speaker and facilitator on the topics of change, engagement, communication and leadership.
