I am a professional coach with an ICF PCC international certification. I have been coaching since 2011, building on more than twenty years of managerial experience in sales, leadership, and team development.
I primarily focus on business and team coaching, leadership, communication, collaboration, and resolving challenging situations within teams. As a coach for the international platform CoachHub, I also work with managers from various countries and corporate cultures.
I serve as the Chairwoman of the Zlín Regional Club of the Czech and Moravian Association of Businesswomen and Managers (ČMAPM).
I founded and lead the Zlin Coaching Platform, a professional community of coaches with diverse experiences, specializations, and approaches.
The platform grew out of our regular professional meetings and Balint groups, where we jointly reflect on our work, share experiences, and support the quality of coaching.
We are not a coaching school. We are coaches who collaborate, mutually develop each other professionally, and bring high-quality coaching closer to both companies and the public.
