As co-owner of\u00a0<strong>Powercom Consultants<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Novaris<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Powercom<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Systems<\/strong>, she has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and business success in Tasmania and beyond. She is also a founding director of\u00a0<strong>Novaris Technologies <\/strong><b>Malaysia (NTM)\u00a0<\/b>and<b>\u00a0Novaris Asia (Singapore)<\/b>, expanding her influence on the global stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Her passion for empowering women in business has led her to hold leadership roles in international organizations, including serving as past\u00a0<strong>National President of Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (WCEI)<\/strong>\u00a0and as\u00a0<strong>Vice President for the Pacific and Asian regions of FCEM (Les Femmes Chiefs d\u2019Entreprise Mondial)<\/strong>. Diane made history as the first Australian President of\u00a0<strong>The International Alliance for Women (TIAW)<\/strong>\u00a0and continues to serve on its board.
