Full Video Production Services

Take One offer a full video production service, however with so many video production services available, choosing the best type of video to suit your company’s requirements can be quite daunting. The good news is that that’s where the Take One team are at their best, offering as much or as little support and advice as required by our clients. For some customers we will be helping them with their first ever professional video project, and others will be highly experienced – wherever you are on the video production scale, we will work with you as a team.

Our goal is to help you and your business succeed by using video to connect you with your customers, staff and prospects, in a smooth, enjoyable journey that includes everything you could need for the perfect end result.

Filming and Editing Professionals

Filming – There will be a crew of at least 2-3 persons on the day of filming using the latest filming equipment including lighting, sound and possibly teleprompting if needed.

Editing – Our in-house editors and directors will work on your content, cutting the rushes, colour correcting where needed and balancing audio tracks. They will also output a Master video file ready for you to use on-line.

Music – Your video may include the use of production library music to enhance your production.

Graphics – We can animate your existing logo and design supporting graphics to compliment your brand, in accordane with your company’s brand guidelines.

Copyright – Once your account is cleared, we assign you full unlimited copyright of the completed video to use as you wish, respecting local laws of decency, honestly and integrity.

Green Screen and Multi Camera Video

We have a small studio in house with green screen facilities aimed at small, fast turn round content where clients need to get a message out quickly and easily. The studio is set up ready to use within a short period of time and is ideal for one person pieces to camera. It includes teleprompting, and instruction on how to best present to camera, studio director, camera and sound operators and a production manager.

We have a multicamera live recording unit which can accomodate up to four cameras, together with PowerPoint graphics for speaker support. The Unit is manned with experienced live production experts who will help you prepare and deliver your content professionally.

Briefing – Meeting to go over ideas, target audiences and requirements.

Ideas generation – We produce a concept for review

Script Assistance and Review – We arrange for you or help you to create a first pass script highlighting the key points of our story and then fine tune the words for your video.

Scheduling – We liaise with you, other contributors and technical services to agree filming dates and prepare a schedule so that everyone knows what is happening.

Brief Interviewees – We orientate any interviewees as to what to expect on the filming day, helping them to prepare and assuaging any concerns or doubts.

Shoot – This the filming session itself. The crew will be briefed and ready for you.

Post production – The raw materials are ingeted into the edit suite along with any other assets to be used in the edit, which usually begins a few days later.

Review – A first draft showing the storyline and skeleton of the programme is shared for feedback.

Amendments – Amendments will be agreed, the final Master edit completed and output for on line use.
