Wellness Fuels Performance.
It’s Science.
Dr. Rebecca Chabot is a highly respected scientist and wellness expert who has spent over three decades bridging the gap between rigorous academia and accessible daily wellbeing.
Holding a PhD in Ecology, a Master’s in Biology, and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, she integrates over 30 years of science with 27 years of teaching wellness practices, including mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork.
A true global citizen, Rebecca is of Middle Eastern descent, was born in the USA, and is currently based in Australia.
With her international perspective and unique research background, she founded Pure Wellness Tasmania in 2017, where she applies a scientifically grounded, evidence-based approach to restore balance in the mind, body, and emotions.
Her mission is to transform complex scientific concepts into actionable tools that drive measurable improvements in wellbeing.
Rebecca’s expertise extends to individuals, leaders, and organizations, where she delivers high-impact programs, corporate training, wellness retreats, and keynote addresses around the globe. She specializes in enhancing mental fitness—the critical component of health that requires regular practice, just like physical fitness.
Rebecca teaches powerful, neuroscientifically proven techniques, such as breathwork, that interrupt the stress response, thereby promoting relaxation, boosting motivation, and building resilience against anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.
Rebecca’s programs empower individuals and teams to profoundly reduce stress, boost productivity, and adopt proactive, daily wellness habits. By reshaping routines and shifting mindset, she helps organizations strengthen connections, rebuild confidence, and cultivate a sustainable culture of wellness that supports happier, healthier, and more focused lives.
