Miriam Coleman is passionate about leadership and in particular emboldening women to become the leaders that our world is in desperate need of. Miriam is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Miriam brings with her a lifelong career in corporate accounting finance and governance in key leadership positions, leading and managing systems and organisational change. She is a values-based and heart centred leader and is dedicating the remainder of her life to a bold and courageous vision. Peace.

Miriam is WCEI Australia Tasmania President and the founder of Mountain View Consulting.

Miriam’s impact is her passion for supporting women in discovering the truth of who they are and their unique capabilities that are at the heart of being a woman. Caring compassion and connection are the key to change; heart centred leadership is the pathway. Now more than ever the world is in great need for a change, in the approach to resolving conflict, in all aspects of our life.

When asked at a global conference of women in business what their No 1 priority is, the answer was Peace. Miriam’s mission is to understand and facilitate change that is required to ensure that leadership has peace at the core of its strategic purpose and intention.

Miriam is a global facilitator of The Mighty Heart program, designed by global peace builder and three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee Dr Scilla Elworthy. Designed to be delivered to communities and community leaders in areas of conflict the program is beautifully curated to guide individuals to become the peace builder that resides within them.

Guiding women to step into their power, bold, courageous, curious, compassionate and confident, Miriam offers coaching that transforms that inspires action.
