Alfa FCM has long-standing and proven experience in the private and institutional sectors. It has been operating in Italy for over 35 years in the organization of international medical conferences, institutional, corporate and cultural events, workshops, seminars and events in the luxury and sport sectors.

Alfa FCM is one of the founding members of the Convention Bureau of Rome and the Latium region, which provides logistical and institutional support for the organization of major events and conferences.

Alfa FCM assists its clients in defining and achieving the goals they have set for themselves, by supporting them from the marketing strategy planning to the follow-up phase. A young and dynamic staff paying constant attention to detail in all organizations phases, ranging from logistical aspects to staff coordination and organizational secretariat.

Alfa FCM organizes institutional, corporate and cultural events and conferences in the luxury and sport sectors, which is one of the company’s traditional core businesses.
We can meet all needs by offering a wide range of services to our clients, including the organization of flights, hotel booking, transfers, catering and secretarial services.

MEDICAL EDUCATION

Alfa FCM is a CME Provider registered with the Health Ministry (No. 3282) and with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). Alfa FCM deals with the design, accreditation and organization of residential CME training events, both nationally and internationally, for a wide range of medical and paramedical professionals. The design is supervised by the Scientific Committee and is in partnership with Opinion Leaders and Scientific Societies.

RECEPTION

Alfa FCM regularly provides hostesses and promoters throughout Italy. It successfully dedicates itself to hospitality and promotion services, by developing a style made of professionalism, courtesy and competence defining quality and reliability of services.
The staff is constantly selected, trained and allocated according to the specific needs. The staff selection and training is constantly carried out in our offices. Experience shows us, in fact, that the most effective method to meet clients’ requests promptly and adequately, and to ensure highly specialized and qualified staff, is continuous training. Relying on trained and experienced staff is the first requirement ensuring the proper performance of reception services.
