I am Mirta A. Villán, a Professional Ontological Coach, Psychocoaching, Team Coaching and diploma in Psychobiocoaching. Practitioner in PNL.

Member of the International Federation of Professional Ontological Coaches, FICOP.

After 35 years of working in a  metallurgical company I studied Ontological Coaching because I realized the importance and benefits of this discipline in the organizations.

The Coaching provides a lot of tools about communication, in team works and a transformation of relationships. 

ABOUT ME

I like one-on-one conversations, where that intimacy arises in which each person can express themselves with authenticity and confidence.

VALUES TRAINING

I enjoyed creating gatherings for women, who are very vulnerable, assisting and accompanying them in the awakening of their being, their abilities, capabilities and talents, each discovering their best version.

During the pandemic, I recorded weekly audios with personal development topics for them, since at that time they had no other learning opportunity.

 

WORK TEAMS

I love organizing, planning, bringing people together, inspiring them, and motivating them to reflect on, develop, and improve their presence in the world.

I believe that good communication and teamwork are fundamental to the success of any company, which is why I emphasize workshops on Productive Communication.

I  lead OAME’s collaborative teams for 5 years.

 

 

I have been a member of the Argentine Organization of Women Entrepreneurs (OAME) since August 2011 and served on its Oversight Committee for 10 years.

Currently, I am the secretary of the OAME National Board of Directors.

I enjoy participating in the FCEM World Congresses, the FCEM LATAM Meetings and all the activities  promoted by OAME
