I am Lyndey Milan OAM, an Australian food and wine personality with more than 40 years of experience hosting, producing, writing, touring, and curating culinary stories across the globe. I’ve written nine cookbooks, hosted nine food and travel TV series, as well as cooking on all Australian commercial TV stations and writing for all the major publishers. I regularly bring food, wine and culture to life in media and events as a trusted voice in Australian hospitality.

I was honoured with the OAM (Order of Australia) for services to hospitality and the community. I’m committed to helping others—championing producers, mentoring professionals and nurturing the next generation of female chefs.
