ABOUT ME

International Leadership Expert | PCC ICF Coach | Strategic Consultant | International Master Trainer

I am Lilit Asatryan, an international leadership and organizational development expert, PCC ICF Professional Certified Coach, International Master Trainer, strategic consultant, and keynote speaker with over 20 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations achieve meaningful and sustainable growth.

Throughout my career, I have delivered consultancy, training, and coaching services to clients across 20+ countries, partnering with executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, leadership teams, governments, and international organizations to strengthen leadership, navigate change, and achieve ambitious goals. I believe that great leadership begins with purpose, grows through continuous learning, and creates lasting impact.

My work integrates executive coaching, leadership development, strategic consulting, and transformational learning. As an International Master Trainer, I design and deliver proprietary training programmes and apply internationally recognised methodologies, including Personal Initiative, CEFE, Know About Business (ILO), and other globally recognised frameworks that deliver measurable and sustainable results.

What makes my approach distinctive is the breadth of my leadership experience across the public, private, civil society, entrepreneurial, and international development sectors. From serving as Deputy Minister, advising governments and international organisations, and leading large-scale development programmes to founding and leading civil society organisations and building businesses in tourism, hospitality, production, and social entrepreneurship, I have experienced leadership from multiple perspectives. This cross-sector experience enables me to understand complex challenges, connect diverse stakeholders, and develop practical, tailored solutions that deliver sustainable results.

I am the Founder and President of the AYWA, which serves as FCEM Armenia, the national chapter of the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs (FCEM). I also serve as FCEM Central Asia Commissioner and Armenia Ambassador of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO), contributing to the advancement of women’s leadership and entrepreneurship at regional and global levels.

Over the years, I have partnered with leading international organisations, governments, and businesses—including the United Nations, World Bank Group, USAID, ADB, EBRD, European Union, British Council, GIZ, Deloitte, and others—supporting leadership development, organisational transformation, entrepreneurship, public policy, and capacity-building initiatives across diverse sectors.

Having empowered more than 60,000 people worldwide through coaching, training, consulting, mentoring, and leadership development, my mission is to help individuals and organisations lead with confidence, embrace change, unlock their full potential, and create lasting value for the people, businesses, and communities they serve.
