I created Chōwa from a deep conviction: organizations grow sustainably when people, leadership, and purpose are truly aligned.

Throughout my extensive professional journey  in Human Resources and organizational development, I saw a recurring pattern — companies focusing on processes and results, but often overlooking the human dimension that truly drives long-term impact.

Chōwa was born as a space to integrate both worlds: business strategy and human development. The name itself reflects this vision — Chōwa means harmony and balance, found in the small things that shape a greater whole.

Through Chōwa, I work beyond traditional HR by supporting organizations and leaders in building conscious leadership, fostering meaningful cultures, and navigating transformation with a holistic perspective.

A key pillar of this work is the integration of a gender perspective, promoting more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable organizations.
