I’m Tracy Sheen, founder of The Digital Guide.

A professional speaker, author and digital educator with more than 30 years’ experience working at the intersection of business, technology and human behaviour. I’ve delivered over 2,000 presentations across Australia and internationally, helping leaders and teams build confidence with digital tools and emerging technologies.

I’m a multi award winning author, with my latest book AI & U: Reimagine Business focused on practical, human centred AI adoption. My work is grounded in one clear belief. Technology should support people, not overwhelm them. That belief has shaped my career from the earliest days of mobile technology through to today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape.

As a media commentator, I regularly contribute to conversations about digital transformation, AI literacy and the future of work. I’m known for translating complex ideas into plain English and for bringing a strong focus on humanity, ethics and responsibility into AI education. I work with businesses, government, and leadership teams who want to adopt AI with confidence, clarity and care.

I’m based in Australia and work with clients around the world. I’m particularly passionate about supporting women in business to navigate digital change on their own terms and to use technology as a tool for growth, influence and impact. Being part of FCEM connects me with a global community of women leaders who share that mindset and who value collaboration, generosity and thoughtful leadership.
